Subaru's roots in Norwood run deep. There has been a Subaru dealership on this site since 1973. The name on the building has been "Clay" since 2003. And it isn't going anyway any time, soon. According to sales manager Patrick Francillon, who grew up in Norwood, it's because at Clay, he believes there's a winning combination--a great product, a friendly, competent staff and a great location on Norwood's automile.

Visiting Clay Subaru can't help but be a pleasant experience: the staff has a sense of humor and prides itself on a no-pressure presence. Look around the clean, bright showroom, ask questions--the team seems to have a lot of confidence in its products.

I bought a piece of junk from Clay Subaru. They are a very high pressure dealer and I found them to be dishonest. I went there to buy a different car than I ended up with, which is is no problem but I didn't do the research for the car I bought. So I buy the car get home go up on Clay's website and find that the car is listed online for more than $1k less than I paid. I was angry I did go back and they dropped the price and eventually wore me down and convinced me to buy the car. I told them I was concerned as the car was previously a rental and they said that they do a thorough inspection and that all the panels need to be original to the car etc. I have so far found that the hood is not aligned correctly and the rear doors are not on the car correctly. They are a terrible dealership and I would never go back there again totally untrustworthy to the extreme in my opinion. My motto is "Say No Way To Clay".

Patrick the manager is a total disgust to a dealer who claims to be a "family" dealership and taking pride in the community. I asked to have an offer met that I got at another dealership. I bought 2 cars here in the pat 10 years and have never veen so disrespected. I only asked for $200 more on my trade, taking almost 2k less than KBB. Don't waste your time.
