I just found an amazing and quite reasonably priced Victorian parlor set at The Antique Roadhouse. The pics they had online were very accurate to what I found when I got there. And, you know when you get there you're in an antique store, not the junk shops up in the warehouse! Unlike those kind of places, the Roadhouse is a credit to our town and Andrew, the owner is a credit to his business.

This is such a fun shop, I really enjoy going there and found a tremendous bargain on a stately dining room set. The owner was super nice and ever so knowledgeable about his wares. Checking in on his web site for new arrivals has become part of my daily routine.

PURE ARROGANCE. That's all I can say about the owner and his poor treatment of me, a first time customer. I will never go back. Mr. Himmel, never presume your customer is ignorant about antiques or anything else. You just never know with whom you are speaking. You could benefit from reading your Yelp reviews as well. People are less than impressed.

This is one great antique furniture store. I emailed Andrew about wanting to see a diningroom set on his web site. Turns out he was on vacation for Christmas week but Andrew interrupted his first week off in a year to meet us at the store. In fact, he arrived an hour early to turn on the heat and shovel the sidewalk just for us. Andrew is a nice guy. He was charming and helpful gave us our space, basically leaving us to roam the shop without pestering us like so many dealers do. His shop has a wonderful eclectic mix, he obviously likes his business and has fun doing it. We ended up buying something we hadn't even come for but that's the cool thing about going to places like Andrew's Antique Roadhouse, you never know what delights you'll find. We'll be returning often and watch the web site for new things
