With dozens of local athletes and hundreds of events, finding who is on when is tough — but here are the times for Massachusetts' Olympians.
2012 London Olympics excitement begins today. But there are so many events, that finding the ones you want to watch can be tough. Patch has sifted through the schedules so you will know when the local athletes will be in action and when you can watch. NBC and its networks announced it will show every event, so no matter who you are rooting for you should be able to find his or her competition. David Silvia, Parts Director of Central Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge-Fiat of Norwood, and Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, has been selected by the United States Olympic Committee to serve as part of the Medical Team at the 2012 London Olympics. Silvia is a resident of East Freetown, Mass. His involvement with the USOC began several years ago after he had met the requirements of working at least five years with local athletes and sports teams. After being approved by the USOC to be considered for a two week rotation, therapists must volunteer at an Olympic sponsored event where they are evaluated by the athletes and the team supervisors. After passing that phase, therapists are then put on a rotation schedule and can be called up at any time…
