Norwood Saw Slight Drop in Home Sales in June

Year to date sales are also down, according to the new data.

Norwood had a slight drop in sales, falling from 28 in 2010, to 25 this year, according to data released today. The data, compiled by real estate information firm The Warren Group, also showed year to date sales are down, from 86 to 74. Statewide, home sales plummeted by more than 23 percent year-over-year.
