Plasko Pretrial Hearing Continued for 3rd Time

William Plasko Jr. will be back in court on March 21.

A third continuance will put Norwood's William Plasko Jr. back in Dedham District court on March 21. Plasko Jr. appeared before Justice Mary Hogan Sullivan in Dedham District Court on Monday when the case was continued until next month. The first hearing was postponed at the request of Plasko's counsel, however prosecutors requested this new date due to "outstanding discoveries," Boston.com reported. Plasko pleaded not guilty to charges of sexually assaulting a local woman in her home after being arrested on Oct. 9, 2011. He resigned his chairmanship of the School Committee in October and resigned from the committee fully in January.
