Upload your photo here to share your cute holiday photos with your Norwood neighbors.
Sure, Halloween offers a limitless variety of costume ideas for your dog or cat (or teacup pig?), but nothing that offers the cuteness of a Christmas tree, a Santa hat or a string of multi-colored lights. Did you make your pet sit, uncomfortable and annoyed for a few minutes while you took photos for a greeting card or just for fun? Share your photos here with the rest of Norwood and comment below on your favorites.

A photo gallery from Tuesday's meet at Hawes Pool in Norwood.
The Canton Dolphins beat the Norwood Stingrays Wednesday in an outdoor meet at the Hawes Pool. Coach Sandy Hart of the Canton Dolphins said, "This is my 20th anniversary as coach of the Canton Dolphins. It's hard to believe. My kids don't think I'm that old and I plan to keep it that way." Kim Miller, coach for the Norwood Stingrays, has been with the team for a bit more than three years. Prior to moving to Norwood, Miller was living in Arizona where she was a full time swim coach. "I had already retired when we moved to Massachusetts and here I am coaching again," said Miller. Check out the photo gallery above of Wednesday's meet. The first event was Girls Mixed Age Medley which was won by Canton at 2:03.9. The second event was Boys Mixed…

A few photos from an afternoon in Norwood Center, and some great tips on how you can use Norwood Patch to its full potential.
Thursday was the first real preview of spring in Norwood, with sunshine and temperatures in the high 60's. In an attempt to get a little vitamin D, and see what the rest of the town was up to, I set out for Norwood Center. Thought Norwood Patch was only good for when you're sitting at your computer? Well check this out. While I was out today, I took pictures with my phone that I could immediately upload to Twitter and share with my followers. I checked in with Foursquare when I stopped at Perks for a mid-afternoon cup of joe. I used the Patch app to check out the directory, and read comments on local salons to decide where to stop and get my hair cut. Back at Norwood Patch HQ, I uploaded photos to both the website and our Facebook page. …

Second Grade Character Day, a long-standing Cleveland School tradition, was held on Tuesday.
The Cleveland School cafetorium was filled with the likes of Spongebob Squarepants, Judy Moody, Flat Stanley and American Girls Rebecca Rubin and Molly McIntire as second grade students transformed into characters from their favorite novels at the Second Grade Character Day on Tuesday, March 6. Students prepared for the event by reading a novel of their choice and creating a poster with information about their chosen character. While dressed similar to their characters, students were also required to role play their personality while answering questions about "who they were" from parents, teachers, and fellow students. This long-standing tradition provided an enjoyable and educational experience for all.
