Pub Crawl to be Held for Norwood Accident Victim

A fundraising pub crawl will be held in Norwood Center on Saturday, Jan. 26 to benefit Katie Brannelly - who was struck by a motor vehicle in March of 2012.

A fundraising pub crawl will be held in Norwood Center on Saturday, Jan. 26 to benefit Katie Brannelly. All proceeds will benefit Katie, who was involved in an accident in March 2012. Katie, and Dom Rossi, were struck by a car on Washington St. in Norwood Center on March 8, 2012. The event includes a pub crawl, starting at Limey’s Pub at 1:30 p.m. and returning to Limey’s at 6 p.m. for a raffle and auction. Come for the day or join along the way. Benefit to be Held for Victims of Norwood Center Accident

Friends and family of Katie Brannelly and Dom Rossi, both seriously injured when struck by a car last month, are holding a benefit fundraiser this Saturday, April 28.

On March 8, 2012, Katie Brannelly and Dom Rossi were severely injured when they were struck head on by a car in Norwood Center. This Saturday, April 28, a benefit is being held by friends and family at the Old Colonial Café in an effort to offset medical costs for the families during their continued treatment. The accident happened in front of Limey’s Pub on Washington St., just before midnight on that Thursday last month. Brannelly, Rossi and a third friend were crossing the street when they noticed the vehicle approaching. Rossi managed to push the third party out of harm's way, but he and Brannelly were struck and knocked to the ground. Both Brannelly and Rossi were transported to the hospital with significant head trauma, among other …
