Year-to-date home sales are up from 2011, new report says.
Norwood saw its home sales increase slightly in May from 13 in 2011 to 16 this year, a new housing report says. Year-to-date sales jumped to 61 in 2012, up from 49, the Warren Group reported. Overall, home sales in Massachusetts were up nearly 35 percent in May, the largest jump since June 2010, according to the firm, which publishes Banker & Tradesman.
