Frederick F. Grosso age 93 years died in his Norwood, Massachusetts home on Friday, March 22, 2013. Born in Norwood on November 3, 1919, he was the son of the late Frank and Mary (Scotti) Grosso. He graduated from Norwood High School with the class of 1937. Mr. Grosso proudly served his country in the United States Army during World War II. He was a life long resident of Norwood. He worked for the Foxboro Company in Foxboro, Massachusetts for 35 years in the technical support department. He retired in 1981. Mr. Grosso was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 252 in Norwood, the Norwood Legion, the Norwood Retired Mens Club, and was an usher at the 11:30 Sunday Mass at St. Catherines of Siena Church. Norwood Adam D. Brierley, 28 of Norwood, passed away on March 11, 2013 after a long illness. Adam was a graduate of Walpole High School and UMass Lowell. Adam was the general manager of Cook and Brown restaurant and had worked for the RI Coalition for the Homeless. He was a vegan, a lover and protector of animals. He loved music and enjoyed camping in Blueberry Hill in Plymouth. Adam was the beloved son of David F. and Barbara L. Francis G. "Frank," Morrill, 85, of Norwood, died Mar. 2, 2013 in Norwood. Frank was born in Boston, July 31, 1927, the son of the late Gordon and Lillian (Dooley) Morrill. He served in the US Navy in the Pacific during WWII and received a degree from Boston University. He worked as an administrator at Norwood Hospital for over 20 years. After his retirement he enjoyed working part time in Boston at the State House Bookstore. Frank was also a longtime member of the Norwood Democratic Town Committee. Frank was the loving father of Sean Morrill and his wife, Renee of Texas and also leaves his longtime dear friend, Claire Karnehm of Norwood and several cousins.
