We made the short trip to Norton to check out this restaurant and we are so glad we did. The food was great, the waitresses friendly, and Uncle Ed made an appearance at our (and every other table). We enjoyed the perogies, Uncle Ed's baked potato, homemade mac & cheese, quesadillas, then for dessert we had a hot fudge sundae and a "Mud Bucket" which was four scoops of ice cream, lots of fudge and unending Oreos. The prices were reasonable and we have left overs to boot. They opened on Dec 4 but have a booming business already; I think they're here to stay.
Katy, 9: I like Ed very much and he was very good at making ice cream.
Jacob, 11: Nice waitresses, good food, outrageous ice cream, and a funny owner.
